Booking fee is for trip to you/Holding Shop-Booking, and goes toward final payment.

Booking Fee is non refundable if customer is not available at given destination, wrong address given for Mobile Appointment, no response during day of appointment, or we are unable to gain keys or access to work on your vehicle within 1hr of Appointment.
